What does it cost to sign up?
Nothing. There is no enrollment fee and no monthly platform fee. You pay a dealer fee only on funded loans, so your team can start offering financing without adding a recurring software cost.
How many credit checks does the homeowner get?
Your customer fills out one application. Each lender in the waterfall runs its own credit check, so an application that moves through every look can result in up to four credit pulls.
How long does approval take?
Decisions come back right away. You can review approved amounts, available terms, and monthly payment options while you are still with the homeowner.
What kind of work qualifies?
Residential home improvement projects qualify, including bath, kitchen, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, and similar trades. Solar is not part of this program.
Can my whole sales team use it?
Yes. You can add each closer as a user and track production by rep in the portal, which gives your team a clear view of approvals, funded volume, and activity.
Which states do you cover?
Lend Home Improvements supports dealers in all 50 states, so your team can use the same financing process across your markets instead of managing different applications by region.
